I have 15+ years of experience designing and project managing eLearning experiences and love finding multiple ways to integrate eLearning into learning and development strategies. My process always starts with understanding the assets and needs of who I'm working with and my approach is guided by the transtheoretical model, diffusion of innovation theory, adult learning theory and the ADDIE framework. I am competent with a variety of tools, including Articulate 360/Storyline, Adobe Captivate and Lectora.
