I have 15+ years of experience designing and project managing eLearning experiences and love finding multiple ways to integrate eLearning into learning and development strategies. My process always starts with understanding the assets and needs of who I'm working with and my approach is guided by the transtheoretical model, diffusion of innovation theory, adult learning theory and the ADDIE framework. I am competent with a variety of tools, including Articulate 360/Storyline, Adobe Captivate and Lectora. I make learning experiences not just interactive but reflective of the environments people work in. Click on each of the selected learning projects below to learn more about my work:

This project was funded under a 12-month ViiV Positive Action for Women grant to develop an intervention that contains messages, resources, training, and other tools to shift the sexual and reproductive health conversations that social service and healthcare providers have with Black women and Black transgender and nonbinary people who can get pregnant. This intervention included developing a digital resource tool using Viiv’s Risks to Reasons framework to support providers and clients in having empowering, person-centered, destigmatizing conversations about sexual health and wellbeing. Both a provider-facing and client-facing version were developed with insight gained from focus groups of Black women living with HIV and other stakeholders. Staff at four participating sites were trained on using the tool, and the tool was introduced to their clients. The intervention was evaluated using stakeholder interviews and focus groups as well as electronic surveys of staff and clients at participating sites along with other stakeholders.
