My facilitation approach is guided by the principles of asset-based community development, and the Switch framework. I use tools like Liberating Structures and Peter Block's Six Conversations to create different engagement and collaboration. Get a feel for my approach with the sample content below.
Report: Facilitated Discussion and Needs Assessment
This report summarizes a facilitated discussion and needs assessment with an agency who's leadership wanted to better understand staff needs around burnout prevention and other support. I co-facilitated this session virtually and we were able to use narrative data from the live session, as well as data from an electronic survey to understand the agency environment and staff needs.
